The Arkansas Bipartisan Election Boards Act, also known as Act 3, was on the September 9, 1912 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have required the State Board of Election Commissioners to appoint two Democratic and one Republican commissioner from each county.[1][2]
