The Arkansas Chancery and Probate Matters Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 24, was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Arkansas as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed county probate courts to be presided over by the judge of the chancery court.[1][2]
