Arkansas County Building Construction, Proposed Amendment 25 (1938)

The Arkansas County Building Construction Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 25, was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Arkansas as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for county hospitals, courthouses and jails to be built and would provide for the levying of taxes connected to such construction.[1][2]
