Arkansas County Courts
The Arkansas County Courts are courts in Arkansas that have jurisdiction over county taxes, paupers, general public utilities, trade, transportation, and natural resources. The County Courts are presided over by a County Judge who also serves as the chief executive officer of the county government.[1]
