The Arkansas Arkansas County Road Tax, Proposed Amendment 38, also known as Proposed Amendment 38, was on the November 5, 1946 ballot in Arkansas as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have implemented an amendment about a county road tax.[1]
