The Arkansas County Road Tax Proposed Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 62, was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 2, 1982, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure authorized quorum courts to levy an annual county road tax of up to three mills.[1][2]
