The Arkansas Economic Development Credit Enhancement Proposed Question Act, also known as Proposed Question Act 945, was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred state statute. It was defeated. The measure would have authorized the issuance of up to $25 million in economic development credit enhancement general obligation bonds.[1][2]
