The Arkansas Free Education for All Children Proposed Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 52, was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 8, 1960, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have provided free education to all children ages 6 to 18 years.[1]
