Arkansas Higher Education Bonds, Referred Question 2 (December 2005)

The Arkansas Higher Education Bonds Referred Question, also known as Referred Question 2, was on the ballot in Arkansas on December 13, 2005, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was defeated. The measure would have allowed the state to issue up to $250 million in bonds to finance the development of technology and facility improvement projects for state institutions of higher education.[1][2]
