The Arkansas Industrial and Hospital Districts Proposed Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 52, was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 3, 1964, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have established industrial and hospital districts.[1]
