The Arkansas Interest Payments on Holford, Railroad and Levee Bonds, also known as Holford Bonds Amendment, was on the November 2, 1880, ballot in Arkansas as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure declared that the use of roadways for the transportation of raw products and natural resources is a public use and therefore allowed eminent domain to acquire land for roadways.[1]
