The Arkansas Legislative Sessions and State Official Term Limits Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the 1932 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have provided a split session of the legislature and placed a four year term limit for state elective officials who were subject to recall.[1]
