The Arkansas Local Government Debt Limitations, Amendment 10 (1924), also known as Amendment 10, was on the ballot in Arkansas on October 7, 1924, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure would changed laws regarding local government debt limitations.[1]
