The Arkansas Arkansas Local Liquor Option, Initiated Act No. 1, also known as Initiated Act No. 1, was on the November 3, 1942 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. It amended liquor laws to provide a better local option.[1]
