The Arkansas Arkansas Local Option Elections, Initiated Act No. 2, also known as Initiated Act No. 2, was on the November 2, 1948 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have amended liquor laws regarding local option elections.[1]
