The Arkansas Mileage and Per Diem for Legislators Amendment, also known as 1902 Salaries Amendment, was on the 1902 ballot in Arkansas as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have provided mileage and per diem reimbursements for legislators.[1]
