The Arkansas Municipal Bonds Amendment, also known as Amendment 15, was on the September 9, 1912 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed cities with a population of 1,000 or higher to issue bonds for public improvements.[1][2]
