The Arkansas Number of Supreme Court Justices Amendment was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 8, 1904, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have increased the number of justices serving on the Arkansas Supreme Court from four to five.[1][2]
