The Arkansas Number of Supreme Court Justices and their Salaries, Amendment 9, also known as Amendment 9, was on the ballot in Arkansas on October 7, 1924, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure increased the number of justices on the Arkansas Supreme Court from four to five and empowered the Arkansas Legislature to determine the justices' salaries.[1]
