The Arkansas Prohibit Highway or Bridge Bonds Amendment, also known as Amendment 5, was on the 1932 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have prohibited the further issuance of highway or bridge bonds until ratified by a two-thirds majority.[1]
