The Arkansas Property Tax Relief Proposed Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 7, 2000, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure limited the increase in the assessed value of property after reappraisal.[1][2]
