Arkansas Personal Property Tax, Proposed Amendment 2 (1992)

The Arkansas Personal Property Tax Proposed Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 3, 1992, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure exempted certain personal property from ad valorem taxation. The measure also simplified the method of collecting personal property taxes on motor vehicles.[1][2]
