The Arkansas Regulate Practice of Law Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 31, was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted the Supreme Court to make rules to regulate the practice of law and professional conduct of lawyers.[1][2]
