The Arkansas Repeal of Full Crew Laws, Initiative 1, also known as Initiative 1, was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 4, 1958, as an initiated state statute. It was defeated. The measure would have repealed the state's full-crew law requiring trains to have full crews.[1]
