The Arkansas Tobacco Settlement Proceeds Proposed Initiated Act, also known as Proposed Initiated Act 1, was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 7, 2000, as an initiated state statute. It was approved. The measure created the Tobacco Settlement Cash Holding Fund separate from the state treasury and provided for the distribution of these funds.[1][2]
