The Arkansas Vacancies in Public Office Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 32, was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure abolished committee nominations and special elections. The measure provided a method to fill vacancies and put candidate names on the ballot.[1][2]
