The Arkansas Voting on Local Bond Issues Amendment was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 8, 1904, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have required municipalities to acquire popular approval through a public vote in order to issue municipal bonds.[1][2]
