The Arkansas Worker's Compensation Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 27, was on the November 8, 1938 ballot in Arkansas as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted the legislature to prescribe the amount of compensation to be paid for injury or death of employees. The measure also provided methods for adjudicating claims and securing payment.
