Arrested Arkansas judge seeks re-election

Arkansas: Judge Dave Bisbee, of the Benton County Court, has announced that he will run for re-election even though he has been arrested on five misdemeanor charges on Wednesday, April 21. As county judge, Brisbee holds the top administrative position in Benton county, a position he used hire his own company to do work for the county,and was subsequently arrested. Bisbee is currently serving his first term and can continue to serve will he awaits his court date on June 7.[1]
