Art Swann
Art Swann (Republican Party) was a member of the Tennessee State Senate, representing District 2. He assumed office on December 1, 2017. He left office on November 5, 2024.
Swann (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Tennessee State Senate to represent District 2. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Biography
Swann earned a B.S. from the University of Tennessee-Martin. He has previously worked as a forest product representative. Swann is a former Director of the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority, and was a Blount County Commissioner from 1978-1982.
