Arthur Behm
Arthur Behm (b. March 25, 1942) was a Democratic member of the North Dakota State Senate. Behm was Chairman of the Unity School Board from 1980 to 1990. He joined the North Dakota State Senate in 2006. He served in that position, representing the 19th District until he was defeated in the 2010 election. Behm served in the United States Army from 1952 to 1954. He has also worked as a dairy farmer.

Behm lost his bid for re-election to the North Dakota State Senate District 19. He was defeated by Gerald Uglem (R) in the November 2 general election.[1][2]

Behm was unopposed in the primary election on June 8, 2010.[3]
2006
On November 7, 2006, Behm was elected to the 19th District Seat in the North Dakota State Senate, besting Duane Mutch (R).[4] Behm raised $750 for his campaign, while Mutch raised $3,350.[5]
