Arthur Verow was a Democratic member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 128 from 2018 to 2019. Verow passed away on December 19, 2019.[1]

The signature filing deadline for party candidates wishing to run in this election was March 17, 2014. The deadline for write-in candidates to run in the primary election was April 28, 2014, and the deadline for non-party candidates to run in the general election was June 2, 2014. The deadline for write-in candidates to run in the general election was September 22, 2014. District 21 incumbent Arthur Verow was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Gail Sheehan was unopposed in the Republican primary. Verow defeated Sheehan in the general election.[6][7][8][9]

Verow won election in the 2012 election for Maine House of Representatives District 21. Verow ran unopposed in the June 12 Democratic primary and defeated William Rogers (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[10][11]
