Sections 1 senatorial and representative districts shall be as follows:
I. SENATORIAL DISTRICT OF SAN JUAN, which shall consist of the following Representative Districts. 1 Capital of Puerto Rico, excluding the present seals election of Santurce and Río Piedras; February. Electoral zones numbers 1 and 2 of the current precinct of Santurce; . 3 electoral area number 3 present precinct of Santurce; 4. The electoral area number 4 present precinct of Santurce and 5. Neighborhoods Hato Rey, Puerto New and Caparra Heights, the Capital of Puerto Rico.
II. SENATORIAL DISTRICT BAYAMÓN, which shall consist of the following Representative Districts: 6 town of Bayamón,. 7. Municipalities Carolina and Trujillo Alto; 8. Precinct Today Río Piedras excluding Hato neighborhoods Rey, Puerto Nuevo and Caparra Heights Capital of Puerto Rico; 9. Municipalities of Cataño, Guaynabo and Toa Baja and 10. Municipalities of Toa Alta, Corozal and Naranjito.
III. SENATORIAL DISTRICT ARECIBO, which shall consist of the following Representative Districts: 11 municipalities of Vega Baja, Vega Alta and Gold,. 12. The municipalities of Manati and Barceloneta; . Ciales 13 municipalities and Morovis; 14. El Arecibo and 13. Municipality of Utuado.
IV. SENATORIAL DISTRICT AGUADILLA, which shall consist of the following Representative Districts: 16 municipalities of Camuy, Hatillo and Adjuntas,. 17. The municipalities of Aguadilla and Isabela; . 18 The municipalities of San Sebastian and Moca; 19. The municipalities of Lares, Las Marias and Maricao and 20. Municipalities of Anasco, Aguada and Rincón.
SENATORIAL DISTRICT V. MAYAGÜEZ, which shall consist of the following Representative Districts: 21 The municipality of Mayagüez,. 22. The municipalities of Cabo Red, Hormigueros and Lajas; . 23 The municipalities of San Germán and Sabana Grande; 24. The municipalities of Yauco and Guanica and 25. Municipalities Guayanilla and Peñuelas.
VI. SENATORIAL DISTRICT OF PONCE, which shall consist of the following Representative Districts; 26. The districts first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth Beach and the city of Ponce, the municipality of Ponce; 27. The entire town of Ponce, except for the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth and Beach town of Ponce; .'s 28 municipalities of Adjuntas and Jayuya; 29. The municipalities of Juana Díaz, Santa Isabel and Villalba and 30. Municipalities of Coamo and Orocovis.
VII. SENATORIAL DISTRICT GUAYAMA, which shall consist of the following Representative Districts: 31 The municipalities of Aibonito, Barranquitas and Comerio;. 32. The municipalities of Cayey and Cidra; 33 The municipalities of Caguas and Aguas Buenas.; 34. The municipalities of Guayama and Salinas and 35. Municipalities of Patillas, Maunabo and Arroyo.
VIII. SENATORIAL DISTRICT HUMACAO, which shall consist of the following Representative Districts: 36 municipalities of Humacao and Yabucoa,. 37. The municipalities of Juncos, Gurabo and San Lorenzo; 38. The municipalities of Naguabo, Ceiba and Las Piedras; 39. The municipalities of Fajardo, Vieques and Culebra Island and 40. The municipalities of Rio Grande, and Loiza Luquillo.[1]
