Article XIII of the Hawaii Constitution is entitled Organization; Collective Bargaining and consists of two sections.
Section 1
Text of Section 1:
Private Employees Persons in private employment shall have the right to organize for the purpose of collective bargaining.[1] |

Section 2
Text of Section 2:
Public Employees Persons in public employment shall have the right to organize for the purpose of collective bargaining as provided by law.[1] |
