Article XIII of the Utah Constitution is entitled Revenue and Taxation and consists of 8 sections.
Section 1
Text of Section 1:
Fiscal Year The Legislature shall by statute establish the fiscal year of the State.[1] |

Annual statement. The State shall publish annually an accurate statement of the receipt and expenditure of public money in a manner provided by statute.[1] |
