“ | ...shall consist of five senators and five members of the house of representatives. The senate members shall be appointed by the committee on organization, calendar and rules. The house of representative members shall be appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives. Not less than one representative member shall be a member of the house committee on appropriations and not less than one senator member shall be a member of the senate committee on ways and means. In addition, not less than one representative member shall be a member of the house committee on economic development and not less than one senator member shall be a member of the senate committee on commerce.[3][2] | ” |
