Biography
Arunan Arulampalam was born in Zimbabwe. He received a bachelor's degree in international studies from Emory University and a law degree from Quinnipiac University. Arulampalam's professional career includes working as an associate at Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, as deputy commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, and as chief executive officer of the Hartford Land Bank.[1][2]
