Asa Biggs (1811-1878) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Albemarle, Cape Fear & Pamptico Districts of North Carolina.
He was nominated by President James Buchanan on May 3, 1858. He was confirmed by the Senate and received commission that same day. He resigned on April 23, 1861. Biggs was succeeded in this position by George Washington Brooks. Biggs died on March 6, 1878.
