An Ashland City Natural Persons Amendment measure was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Jackson County, which is in Oregon, where it was approved.
This measure determined that a majority of the voters in the city of Ashland are in favor of urging the U.S. Congress to initiate an amendment to the U.S. Constitution, making constitutional rights available only to natural persons. It was also allow for federal and state regulation of campaign contributions and expenditures.[1]
