|I have had the opportunity to serve the public for the last nine years in my work for the Utah Department of Transportation, and my husband is a Union Pipefitter. Together we are raising our two small boys in the home that my husband grew up in, in the neighborhood of Oquirrh Shadows.
I have had the opportunity to serve my community in several capacities, and look forward to using my experience to make sure that all of Utah's working class families have a seat at the table. Being a working Mom I understand the obstacles that many working families face day-to-day.
The issues that I am fighting for are not partisan issues, rather they are working family issues. I will bring a fresh set of eyes and a fresh set of ideas to tackle the issues facing everyday working families, and I will work tirelessly to solve them.- Affordable daycare and after school programs
- Expanding transportation and accessibility to the West side
- Liveable wages and healthcare for all workers
Public education funding
Ratifying the ERA
I will work to ensure that I always save a seat for marginalized communities at the tables to which I am sitting. I believe it will be my duty to represent everyone, which can only happen by keeping lines of communication open to build trust and respect and save space and amplify the voices for those who have been underserved and disenfranchised.
The ability to work with people, regardless of whether or not you agree with them. If you have been hired to do a job, you do it and you do it well.
I am not afraid to try something new, and I have never been one to back down from a challenge.

Scorecards
A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
