Biography
Ashley Bartley was born in Vermont, and lives in Fairfax. Bartley graduated from Champlain Valley Union High School in 2012. She earned a B.S. in political science and economics from the University of Vermont in 2017. Her career experience includes working as a human resources professional at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Burlington and for Neville Companies. Bartley joined the Franklin County home health agency’s board of directors and became the secretary of the Fairfax Community Library board of trustees.[1][2]
