Ashley Gantt (Democratic Party) is a member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing District 109. She assumed office on November 8, 2022. Her current term ends on November 3, 2026.
Gantt (Democratic Party) won re-election to the Florida House of Representatives to represent District 109 outright after the general election on November 5, 2024, was canceled.
Biography
Ashley Gantt earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Florida in 2007 and a law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2016. Gantt's career experience includes founding Gantt Legacy Law, P.A., and working as a managing partner with it, an assistant public defender with Broward County, and a teacher. She has served on the executive board of the T.J. Reddick Bar Association, on the board of the Gwen S. Cherry Black Women Lawyers Association, and as the District 2 Trust member on the Citizens’ Independent Transportation Trust in Miami-Dade County.[1]
