Ashley is committed to working towards solutions that will lower property taxes, making it more affordable for families to live and thrive in our community.
- Community Safety: Ashley is steadfast in her commitment to protecting our communities, especially our children, from harm. Additionally, Ashley is concerned about the effects of legislation like the SAFE-T Act and the implications of the cashless bond system on community safety. She believes in implementing comprehensive strategies to ensure safer neighborhoods for all residents, prioritizing the well-being and security of our children.
- Scale Back Spending: Illinois doesn't have a revenue problem we have a spending problem. As a local elected official it's my job to rein in spending and be the protector and advocate for taxpayers.
Public Safety: Supporting law enforcement, ensuring safe communities, and implementing effective crime prevention strategies.
Economic Development: Promoting small business growth, reducing regulatory burdens, and creating a favorable environment for job creation and economic prosper
Support for Veterans: Ensuring that veterans receive the benefits and support they deserve for their service to our country.
Accountability: Taking responsibility for one's actions and decisions. An official must be answerable to the constituents and willing to face scrutiny.
