Ashley Parker
Ashley Parker is a judge for the Twenty-Third Circuit (Division 2) in Arkansas. Parker was elected to the court in 2014, and his term will expire in 2020.[1][2]

General: He defeated Larry K. Cook in the general election on May 20, 2014, receiving 57.4 percent of the vote.

Education
Parker graduated from Carlisle High School in 1992. He received his undergraduate degree in criminal justice and political science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He earned his J.D. from the William H. Bowen School of Law in 2000.[3]
