Two Ashtabula County Library & Orwell Recreation District Levy Measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in Ashtabula County.

The county library question sought to add a levy of $1.35 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to help with continued operation costs of running the library.

The Orwell recreation district levy sought to renew the current $1 per $1,000 of assessed property value levy for a further five years in order to continue to help pay for operational and maintenance costs of the district.[1]
