A City of Atascadero Size Limits on Commercial Establishments, Measure D ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Atascadero in San Luis Obispo County, California, where it was defeated.
If Measure D had been approved, it would have prohibited commercial establishments in excess of 150,000 square feet of gross floor area and retail discount stores in excess of 90,000 square feet with at least 5% of gross floor area dedicated to non-taxable goods such groceries.
