Skwierawski ran for re-election for the Branch 41 judge of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in Wisconsin. Skwierawski won in the general election on April 2, 2019.
On December 31, 2023, Skwierawski retired from her position as judge to fill a role as the Director of State Courts for Wisconsin.[2]
