Aurelio Guerra, Jr. is a judge for the Willacy County Court in Texas. He was elected in 2014, effective January 1, 2015, for a term that expires on December 31, 2018. He served previously on the court, but was defeated in a 2010 re-election attempt by John F. Gonzales, Jr. Guerra got his seat back in 2014, defeating Gonzales in the primary.[1]

Primary: He was successful in the Democratic primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 69.8 percent of the vote. He competed against John F. Gonzales, Jr.
General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 4, 2014. [2][3][4] 

2010

Guerra was defeated in the Democratic primary runoff election for the Willacy County Court in April 2010.[5]
