There was a Aurora City Charter Amendment measure on the May 4 ballot in Portage County for voters in the city of Aurora.

This measure was approved

  • YES 1,761 (70.95%)Approveda
  • NO 721 (29.05%)[1]

This measure sought to make it so that the city will be forced to set aside a cash reserve of 20 percent of the outstanding principal balance before they can enter into another bond agreement, before there was no reserve percentage required.[2]
