Shall section 3-5 of the Aurora City Charter be amended by the addition of a subsection (c) to provide for election to a two (2)-year term of office when election to a four (4)-year term would cause an irreconcilable conflict with the staggered schedule for Mayor and Council elections as established by the Charter?[4] |
